Unlike wholesale, each piece of jewelry we produce either with minor changes or starts off as a brand new idea.
Because of that, it’s difficult to know how much a piece is going to cost without knowing a bit more about the idea you have in mind and the material, quantity you desire.
The easiest way to get an estimate on your piece is to start a consultation with us. With just a bit of information, we can usually provide you with an estimate very quickly. Once we have the finer details, we can offer you a proposal with an exact price.

We believe the experience of getting something made just for your brand should be affordable. While with our own factories and top designers, we're able to keep our costs much lower than traditional jewelers who do custom work - not by cutting corners or settling for lower quality, but by finding better ways to do things.
However, custom designing and making every piece one-of-a-kind at such high quality means we can’t offer jewelry at the prices of wholesale. But don't worry. We have promotion from time to time. You can get a real bargain if you subscribe our newsletter.

Our procedure is simple:consultation, draft & sample and produce. Therefore you will see a design after consultation when we spend time communicating to make sure your ideas are fully understood. Please allow 1-2 working days for our designer to sketch.There is no payment or deposit required for sketch work.

Typically, your custom piece will be in your hands 4-5 weeks after we've finalized your design. However, because each style is different, the time it takes to complete your piece may vary. Here's a rough breakdown of how long each part of our process takes:

Consulatation:

When it comes to consulatation, we'll work at your pace. Some customers only need to exchange a few messages with us - we'll often be ready to make their piece within a few days. Others may prefer to design and iterate with us over many weeks, or even months.

Draft & Sample:

Approximately 11-17 working days
draft: 1-2 working days
sample:10-15 working days
Although it only appears once in consultation, communication is important through out the process. The details of the design will be firmed up before we proceed.

Production:

Approximately 1 month
Once you've approved a design, we'll manufacture your piece, finishing all the details. When it's ready, we'll send you photographs of your finished piece so you can give us your seal of approval before we ship it to you.

Shipping:

Approximately 1 week (international)
